Auditions
Auditions are for children and teens living in Korea, and the application form is in Korean. A guardian must fill it in with the applicant.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect and why
ROLLVY Entertainment collects the following to handle casting inquiries and auditions on this website.
- Casting inquiries: company, contact name, phone, email and inquiry details, to review and reply.
- Auditions (Korean form): applicant details, photos and guardian contact details, to review applications and share results.
2. Children's information
We obtain consent from a legal guardian when collecting information from children under 14, and we contact guardians first for all applicants under 19.
3. Retention
Information is deleted one year after an inquiry or review is closed, or immediately on request.
4. Sharing
We do not disclose personal information to third parties. When a profile must be shared with a production for casting, we ask the guardian's consent first.
5. Storage
Submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Drive).
